First prize for JCP's Rosett

The market-leading Rosett fixing from JCP is a plasterboard fixing designed to be used where fixing into a cavity is required and to withstand heavy loads in both domestic and commercial buildings.

Rosetts offer exceptional performance when it comes to securing heavy loads to plasterboard walls, such as plasma TV's, heavy mirrors, pictures, shelving, radiators, tool racks and notice boards. Outstanding reliability, speed and ease have made it a firm favourite, with their popularity growing two-fold in the construction market.

A cavity fixing for use in board dimensions of 9 to 30mm where improved loads are required, it is simple in its application. Installers can simply drill, screw and Rosett. They are also ideal for use in chipboard, concrete block and hollow brick.

Rosett fixings come in two types: Blue Rosetts can manage loads up to 38 kgs (single skin), whilst red Rosetts can manage loads up to 70kg (double skin). The cavity fixing is made from PA6 Nylon, with a 30 per cent glass fibre reinforced thread, and pan head screw or hook options.

The Rosett datasheet, available to download from www.jcpfixings.co.uk provides all the information required, including tensile and shear load data. Rosetts are available boxed and in smaller quantities in both trade and retail bags, all of which are ideal for merchandising in-store.
