Back Where They Belong

Owlett-Jaton welcomes back two long-standing colleagues. We are pleased to announce that Paul Johnstone, Owlett-Jaton’s Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Scotland, and Reza Jafari, ‘Technical Strategy & Development Lead’ for JCP Fixings, have decided to return to Owlett-Jaton.

Paul joined Owlett-Jaton six years ago as the ASM for Scotland. In that time, he developed and maintained good working relationships with customers, successfully increasing sales year on year. Earlier this year, Paul decided sadly to leave Owlett-Jaton. But after just a few months away, he has returned. Neil Kitching, Owlett-Jaton’s Field Sales Manager, commented: “It was sad to hear that Paul wanted to start a new role somewhere else. Paul’s track record speaks for itself, and we were delighted to offer him his original role back - a true ‘win-win-win’ situation for Paul, Owlett-Jaton, and his customers. He has picked up where he left off, and customers are delighted to see him back, too.”

Reza previously spent six successful years at JCP Fixings as Technical Manager, before leaving approximately two years ago to broaden his career in the construction sector. In his new role, Reza has returned as their Technical Strategy & Development Lead. He will be responsible for driving technical strategy, product development, partnerships, and customer-facing solutions, ensuring JCP continues to deliver innovation and value for its clients. His blend of engineering knowledge and business acumen makes him ideally placed to help shape JCP’s technical and commercial direction. A structural engineer with extensive experience, Reza combines technical expertise with strategic and commercial insight. Nick Beardon, JCP General Manager, said: “I am delighted to welcome Reza back. His combination of technical expertise and strategic understanding will be a great asset to our business. Having worked with Reza before, I know the passion and professionalism he brings, and I look forward to seeing the impact he will make.”
