MODERN DAY SLAVERY STATEMENT


Hexstone Limited (the "Company") acknowledges the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, commits to ensuring that modern slavery, the use of forced or child labour is not practiced within its operations or supply chain and will ensure transparency within its organisation and supply chain. The Company will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery, the use of forced or child labour or human trafficking.


The Company has implemented policies and procedures to ensure modern slavery, the use of forced or child labour does not occur within its operations. The implementation of these policies and procedures are monitored by internal audit.


The company requires suppliers to confirm in writing that that they conform to the requirements of the Act and these principles. Suppliers from outside the UK, EU and USA are considered to be potentially more at risk of modern slavery. As part of the Company's overall supplier management process, these suppliers are audited by Company personnel, this audit specifically includes reviewing for indicators of modern slavery, forced or child labour.


Training in identifying evidence of modern slavery is provided to all staff involved in the audit of procedures and suppliers. The level of resource required to perform these audits is regularly reviewed by management.


In the course of 2023, the Company has not identified any evidence of modern slavery, forced or child labour or human trafficking in its own operations or those of its suppliers. Audits were performed on a sample of factories in the Far East in 2023 as part of an overall programme of auditing all non UK, EU or USA factories over time.


This policy statement covers the financial year ended 31st December 2023 and was approved by the Board of Directors on 8th March 2024.
